So many long-term relationships tend to not necessarily go south, but they do tend to go a bit stale. New love is always exciting since there is the sense of the new and undiscovered that keeps things interesting, but after a couple has been together for a significant amount of time, there aren't many secrets left. Many times couples experience hardships with finances, jobs, children and other fact-of-life situations and can get stuck in a hum-drum routine.
It doesn't have to be like this though! It is never too late to pick up the pace and add a little spice to your life. A long term relationship will greatly benefit from leaving the worries of everyday life behind, and heading out to explore and experience new things. It can be something that takes but a couple of hours to do and doesn't have to break the bank.
