Help Wanted for
Kneading dough
Molding loaves
Into delicious
Dense breads.
The hours are long
The work is hard
Nights are for
Nurturing yeast
So
By early morning
Breads are baking in
Red brick ovens.
Years of experience
Hands of gentle steel
Will guide you
And teach you
Methods centuries old
From relatives gone
Long ago.
Help me grind
Organic grains
Into healthy flour
That will be transformed
Into
Sourdough
Rye or
Twelve grain loaves.
I will pay you enough
To feed yourself and
Shelter yourself.
Riches will come from watching
Loyal customers
Eagerly eating
Fresh
Warm
Crusty breads.
