GREATEST SANDWICH IS TOTALLY A VARIETY OF WRAPS, BAGELS, FILLINGS, AND SPREADS
Wow! What healthy choices for that tailgating party at the next game, parade, beach or vacation trip.
When my sister came to visit me I packed my cooler with all kinds of wraps, bagels, fillings in stackable zip lock bags, variety of spreads. At lunch time it was like a buffet smorgasbord from the trunk of my car. It was quick and easy and didn't interfere with our sight seeing at all. She loved it so much that when she went home she made wraps for lunch for six months or so.
Blueberries, cantaloupe, Watermelon, Pineapple in zip lock bags made dessert easy. Put the fruit on top of plain yogurt and sprinkle some wheat germ and sunflower seeds on top. If you wanted your yogurt sweet use honey or agave which is a syrupy sugar replacement.
Add some munchies chips, pretzels, cheese curls and some ice water for individualized servings of teas for a great ice tea on a hot summer day.
