Fiesta! Fiesta!
Time to celebrate another year of life!
Press the HOLD button on strife,
Forget all problems and worries,
Plunge into fiesta scurries,
Fiesta! Fiesta!
Forget about that long-standing dispute,
Do we have enough chips, salsa, and fruit?
Family and friends fill our home-hear it?
Gifting their laughter, cheer, joy, and good spirits.
Fiesta! Fiesta!
Celebrate the past we built of tears and pleasures,
To forge our future path of friendship treasures,
We celebrate the festive moment of today!
Ole! Ole!
Fiesta! Fiesta!
Young and old alike chat, share tall tales, laugh, and eat,
Spin and twirl to a spicy salsa, meringue, and tango beat.
La pinata!
La pinata!
WHACK! WHACK! la pinata,
Try again,
again,
again,
CRACK! CRACK! la pinata,
Candy and treasures spew out and take wing,
Little ones scramble for sweets and things.
Fiesta! Fiesta!
High energies, our spirits renewed,
Laughter, food, and dance gave me a new attitude,
A special time of celebration and great times.
Are you serious? We're all out of limes?
Fiesta! Fiesta!
Twilights of dawn
Signal the coming of a new morn,
Just can't drink or eat
one
more
bite,
Ah, my belt is truly way too tight,
We danced and laughed all we could,
Ate way more than we should,
Our fiesta energy is all well-spent
As we wind down on another great fiesta event.
And ,after the fiesta,
Time for us to enjoy the siesta

At the word fiesta pictures come to mind,
of dancing women in flowing skirts and peasant blouses.
Men in tailored pants and
PINATA SONATA
Every date, dressed to the nines,
Wearing all the latest lines,
He paraded, catwalk stride,
Felling beauties side
I can hear the marching band, it is coming around the bend.
They bring the fun, the rhythm to the evening.
