Have you got the "Gratitude Attitude?" Do you awaken each morning, with a smile, looking forward to the new adventures that await you in the coming day? At work, do people ever accuse you of being too cheerful, too happy? Do you sometimes feel the urge to whistle when you are walking or strolling? If this describes you, you may just have the "Gratitude Attitude." The Gratitude Attitude is more than just being a happy person, but it is always found in truly happy people.
It can be found in you too.
We have all met people who seem to exude joy. They are always smiling, always optimistic, and nothing ever seems to bother them. When you say aloud, "I am so thankful for today, and my life," your brain will begin to obey you by releasing those chemicals that are appropriate to this attitude. You may not realize it the first day, but within a couple of weeks, you will able to recognize that your mornings are beginning a little brighter.
