(1.)Above all do not cause violence to the officer of the law.

(2.)Do not yell or swear.

(3.)Do not tell the officer that your drunk unless spoken to.

(4.)Do not have any open container's in spots where it seen.

(5.)Do not make any sudden moves that an officer might think you have weapons in the car.

(6.)Do not try to bribe a cop.

(7.)Always tell the truth do not lie.

(8.)Do not pour your alcohol out in your car.

(9.)Do not have alcohol on your breathe.

(10.)Do not show that your shaken always be calm.

(11.)Make sure when you talk you use proper English do not stutter.

(12.)Do not get out of the car unless the officer tell you to and if he does do not wobble

(13.)Keep your hands to your side at all time do not make any hand gestures.

(14.)If you get a ticket do not tear it up.

(15.)If you get fined make sure you pay do not owe.

(16.)If you go to jail make sure you do not try to escape.

(17.)If he or her flashes a light in your eye make sure you look straight in the light not away.

(18.)Remember the alphabet do not forget.

(19.)Know how to walk a straight line do not fall.

(20.)Do not throw up in the car keep your bodily fluids in you.

(21.)Answer every question that the cop ask you do not say i don't know.

(30.)Try to behave your self do not laugh or make jokes.

(31.)If ticketed do not skip town.

(32.)Since the fifth Amendment protects you from self-incrimination you have the right to refrain from answering any and all questions that a cop asks you,so what that means you don't have to tell him or her how many drinks you had,and don't have to say anything so the office can't testify you were slurring at court.Your refusal to speak can not be held against you.

(33.)And foremost in most states, you are not required by law to complete a Field sobriety tests and refusal to comply cannot be held against you.But if they do make sure you tell your attorney that,do not keep it to your self.
