the motivation for change. The doctrines of original sin and the need for redemption through the death of Christ,' lead those who would serve God for love down a path of serving God out of gratitude. Gratitude is doing something for God because He did something for you. Serving God out of love, means serving God because you were born with an insatiable need to love Him, no other reason. These teachings which lead to serving out of gratitude then lead Christians to this shallow understanding that God did for me, now if I do for Him, then He will do for me some more!'
This is man's attempt to bring God to our level. He is not a created being, He is the Creator. He is unique! He has no partners!
Just a thought for pondering, if as the antichrist would have man believe, Jesus was part of God' come to earth to die for our sins. Why would death be such a sacrifice when that part of God which came to earth would know what was waiting in heaven for Him? Death is not such a challenge for a true believer, so how much less of one for God Himself?
For those who can use your mind, understand that the idea that God needed a sacrifice in order to be near you is where the Christian doctrine looses the continuity of Truth and the madness begins! No sacrifice needed! God has no needs! He needs nothing from us! He gives to whom He wills, as He wills! We are owed nothing! We owe Him our love and allegiance simply because He created us.
If God is an all powerful, all forgiving, loving God, then why would He need a sacrifice of blood and pain in order to accept His own creations? Why would a God, who is all Merciful, need to cause suffering and death in order to redeem' His people?
This accepted twisting of Truth, puts God on a human level, making Him subject to the rules and understanding of creatures. God, is all powerful. He makes and causes all things. He controls all things! He rules the universes and beyond! We cannot put Him into the limits of a created being, No!
This is not possible!
