The Ties That Bind Are the Ties That Blind
A family knows just what to say,
No matter the situation, no matter the day.
Standing firm, to hold your hand,
Standing tall, saying "yes you can".
Troubles creep into our lives,
But family loves, and takes our side.
Problems appear, from here and there,
But family always stands by - with loving care.
A mother loves, no matter what,
A father cares, he picks you up.
Your sister holds your heart so dear,
When trouble comes, your brother's near.
Life goes on and troubles soar
But families care, and see your core.
They miss your flaws, that others find,
The ties that bind, are the ties that blind.
