Preparing a good nutritious meal does not have to be expensive. You do not need to have a kitchen stocked like Martha Stewart. I have a recipe that is very easy to make and very pleasing to the taste buds. The only other things you need are aluminum foil, a cookie sheet and working oven.

Ingredients:

2 center cuts pork chops
2 medium size baking potatoes pealed and sliced
1 small onion sliced
salt, pepper, butter

Place two pieces of foil about 6X6 ( maybe a Little bigger depending on size of the pork chops)on the cookie sheet. On each piece of foil place one pork chop. Place the potatoes slices on top of each pork chop. Next place the sliced onion on top of the potatoes. Top it off with a slice of butter. Salt and pepper the top.
Close the foil over the chops, making sure it is sealed.
Place the cookie sheet in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

When done, remove from oven, open the foil and slide the mixture onto a plate.
I usually make a salad with this meal. A cup of cottage cheese or applesauce as a side also compliments this delicious meal.

This recipe can also be great way to impress that someone special.
