Something Wicked This Way Comes: Clintons Plot To Hijack Election 2008

Over the course of the last week or two, there has been a growing consensus within the Democratic party that Barack Obama has already by and large defeated Hillary Clinton. The chances of her winning now is hovering between 5 and 10% and that is being extremely generous.

From the New York Times' David Brooks to many in the blogosphere around the world, based on the current delegate count, Barack Obama cannot be denied this nomination by any rational argument. Obama has run circles around the Clintons in terms of organization, fundraising, trustworthiness, and inspiring new young voters as well as independents and dissatisfied Republicans not just to vote, but to join a movement calling for change.

Obama's substantial lead lies beneath an Orwellian backdrop of endless political chatter manufactured by the corporate media that the race is a cliffhanger and that Hilary still has a serious chance of toppling Obama. Even when Hillary lost eleven state contests in a row, the media did not diminish her coverage in the least, which normally happens when a campaign implodes and the money dries up.

But lost between the net-roots delegate numbers crunching and the corporate media election melodrama, Washington insiders, bureaucrats and activists from the Democratic party are quietly pulling their hair out over the Clintons secret plans for a political bloodbath at the Democratic convention in Denver.

Because Obama does not a have enough delegates to over take the Clintons, it gives one of the most ruthless political machines an opening to unleash a scorched earth campaign on Obama.

According to these sources, the Clintons are secretly planning to mount one of the most disruptive and intense political upheavals in US convention history. They also claim that the Clintons plans to storm into Denver and raze the convention has nothing to do with a long term 2012 strategy that many- myself included- have speculated about.

In fact, the Clintons planned search and destroy mission is part of an over all crusade to hijack the Democratic nomination in 2008 from the Obama campaign. Like Mohammad Atta and company, the Clintons' plan will shock and awe the Obama camp from all sides, overwhelming them with chaos and propaganda.

The Obama campaign better prepare for a full blown street brawl because the Clintons' appetite for destruction is bottomless . Clinton has been talking about
