Superman is down!, with one mighty swoosh of the fabulous black cape, the wind stirs into a violet storm which hits Superman with the force of a grenade. Batman stands, hands on hips and watches his opponent scramble to his feet. The Super pulls himself to his feet, his head feels mushy and dizzy from the blow, it takes him a few seconds to focus. He brings himself to full height, anger is in his eyes and fear in his belly. He looks up at the dark forboding figure infront of him, forgetting how tall and masterful he was, Superman gulped his fear down quietly, hoping not to chole on his fear.

The Bat raises his arms stretching out the wings of his cape to their full extent in true Bat fashion. He pauses to look into the eyes of the multi-coloured figure before him. His face is stern and handsome, his eyes masked by the brilliance of the black PVC Bat hat. His mouth is is almose smirking as he stares at the terrified creature in the lycra tights. He laughs, the roar of the Bat laugh causes the Super to shield his ears, He cries with the pain, "STOP" he shouts.

There is silence, after a few seconds, the Super raises his arm in an attempt to fly, but the Bat is too quick for the wax haired warrior. He steps forward and CABOOM! throws a dangerous fist into the stomach of Superman. The Super is wounded, he curls into a ball holding himself in agony and screwing his face in silent screams. Superman is enraged, he throws himself forward, charging like a bull with his head lunging into the black figure, this is his only chance, he must fight.

Batman grins to himself and allows Superman to run into the folds of his cape, blinding and confusing him. Superman feels the silky material close around his body, he becomes breathless, he fights with the cape, but hears the laughter of the superior hero and realises this fight is lost. He falls to his knees on the floor and kisses the Bat's feet in defeat. The Batman graciously pats the top of his head, acknowledging his shame and offering him his pity. It is over, the world need not wonder any more. They will not fight again, and the Bat stands as tall and proud as ever.
