How to make the best of each moment

"That is easier said than done." However, if you are living every day maintaining inner peace, having true gratitude for the life you've been blessed, and acknowledging the beauty around you; then you already are making the best of every moment.

Of course there will be circumstances we are faced with that are challenging. Even perhaps hate, sorrow, and other unfortunate experiences which may come your way. But more than these are love, joy, and peace. And there is always a part of you that wants these things, and continue to try to break free from limitations. In this case, we "allow" these things to "rule" how we feel, think, and act. And when that happens we find ourselves not living the best of each moment. And that is when the beauty around us continues...but passes us by.

You see, life's beauty will always be there for us to consume, but we must allow it to touch us...to nurture us....and to bless us. By maintaining that inner peace, having gratitude, and acknowledging the beauty around us, we will find ourselves living, breathing, thinking, feeling, receiving, and giving to others the "best of ourselves"; and then, and only then, is when you will find yourself living complete, at peace, and making the best of each moment in your life.
