So the first and the foremost thing is that you have to think positive about yourself and try to be happy all the time. Being depressed about your weight at all times will not help you in your efforts to gain weight. Trust me you got to take a positive approach in life in whatever you do.
And here are the most natural and practical tips for you to gain weight safely.
At first you got to increase the proportion of food you are normally eating and you need to increase your calorie consumption to gain weight and remember these calories should come from healthy foods not by eating lot of junk food and greasy food.
If you have a poor appetite, it may work better to eat smaller, very high calorie meals and eat them more often so try eating snacks throughout the day. You can eat three large meals and two to three hefty snacks per day.
Take care of what all you drink instead of drinking just water, coffee, tea or diet sodas you should emphasize on drinking fresh fruit juices and nectar , milk, shakes and fruit smoothies as they are rich in calories.
Try to eat fruits which contain less water so your natural choice should be for fruits like bananas, apples, pears etc and eat less of oranges, watermelon, peaches, plums and berries.
Died Fruits are also a good option and are a great source to gain weight as they are minus the water and they include all the fruit-sugar. So my suggestion to you is that always keep a packet of nuts and raisins or your favorite dried fruits in your handbag. And enjoy eating them while traveling or at your desk at work.
You got to increase your sugar intake to gain weight so I recommend adding a little extra honey, jam or sugar to your drinks and foods. Enjoy eating desserts after every meal and opt for high calorie desserts and sweets such as cake, cookies, pies, donuts, chocolates, candies, ice creams , custard and puddings etc.
Most of all the most important is to set an alarm in your mobile to remind yourself to eat a number of times at regular intervals for heavy snacks which can really be helpful to achieve your goal to gain weight.
So forget about all the weight gain programmes and weight gain plans just follow these simple and easy tips and I am sure you will be able to put on weight.
