Hillary Clinton probably has never felt sorry for anyone in her whole life, aside for herself right now that she has been caught in her lies, or excuse me, her exaggeration of flying into a hostile war zone under fire (NOT!), so why on earth would Republicans feel one iota of sorrow for this hard as flint woman? Could it be that they are only concerned that she may be losing her embittered fight for the White House to the possibly harder to beat political opponent of Obama?! The Republicans don't care for her ethics, politics, unscrupulous past dealings and future "It takes a village" mentality to garner sincere grief for her position as it stands now. Possibly if they truly feel a twinge of sadness it may be because they have felt the media turn on them like the media is now turning on good old Hillary, because they have decided that they know what is best for the country and they think it is NOT her. The media has the undisputable power of Spin tactics that have made the most hardened politicians cringe at times. The Republicans well know the voracity that the media has when it smells blood, and perhaps shudders from past recollection to watch them rip and tear her apart while they watch the life of her political aspirations slowly fade into dismal failure. I'm not quite sure what is worse, their ridicule or when they completely cut her off so they can air Obamas speech. I'm not sure if the Republicans have endured that, but IF they have, that could be one more reason to feel sorry for her. She came into this political contest with visions of being able to return to the White House so she could break a few more priceless vases after Bill found a few more of her aides to dally with. At the beginning of the primaries , she probably thought she would never have any competition, and to her surprise this turned out to be more than a skirmish, it is the fight of her political life! The Republicans also may feel heartfelt pity in the fact that all they have as a candidate is McCain who can only aspire to being a Republican in name only. After all if you talk like a Democrat, vote like a Democrat but call yourself a Republican and have managed to secure the the illustrious position, its certainly pitiful that you can't have Hillary act like a Republican, vote like a Republican, because she certainly has tried to sound like a Republican to win the Conservative vote.
