My Big Brother

Hey big brother you're getting old
The time is now for you to be bold
As next year you hit the big 'three o'
Then everything in you starts to go slow

Well done you've made it to twenty-nine
And you're certainly in the firing line
Things in your life are going well
And you certainly have mastered how to sell

Remember the days when you were a stud
I was a bit jealous, I was the dud
Well now is the time
We're both in our prime

Unlike me you've been lucky in love
You have a partner - she's like peace from a dove
So you two, stick together if you can
Until I at least come with a plan
The plan - making mum into a gran

I'm so sorry for all the troubles
If only I stayed away from the doubles
I know I'm unreliable I'm as bad as dad
But there's still time, so let's not be sad

If only I could turn back the clock
Have another chance, this time I'd take stock
I'm not saying i want to be a saint
But I still have my masterpiece to paint
Yeah, a masterpiece, do it together, one another
Then I can say, hey, that's my big brother

    Cause I'm two.
I can do it, let me do it
    cause I'm two.
    If I spill it,
    If I break it,
I am sorry cause I'm two.
