Coffee brewing 101: The filter method

Coffee brewing has been around a long time. it is hard to say who came up with the idea of the coffee filter but I think it is the best thing since the wheel. For all the baby boomer's who woke up in the early mornings to smell the aroma of fresh brewed coffee coming from the kitchen and their mothers sitting quietly at the dining room table sipping and holding the thick coffee mug remember how special this is.

Coffee brewing in those days filled our senses and alerted us that day had begun. It was a big part of our habitual routines of starting off our day. It is still the way we like to start our day off. The day just not seem to go well unless you have had at least three cups of coffee to charge the human batteries.

The days of non-filtering coffee in drip-u-lators and the percolators across America often left grounds and a bitter taste in your mouth. The days of seeing how much ground coffee you could put in the strainer of the coffee pot eventually took on a much leaner approach as coffee prices started to soar. It was no longer wise to load the container on the coffee pot with high priced coffee.

Coffee making today has become some what of an art. Coffee consumer's now go through great pains in making their favorite beverage in the morning. The hard core coffee drinker will go to the market and select their favorite coffee beans and ground them in to their special blends. They take the precious blend home and measure out just the right amount to give them the taste they prefer.

The fast paced American families often buy the pre-measured coffee and filter made together. The simplicity of this product allows two to four cups of the caffeine concoction. They will add the variable creamers for taste. With every thing from Vanilla to Kahlua to spark their coffee experience.

The self contained packets that are pre-measured completely keep the coffee grounds from making it to your loving cup. Coffee drinking is a individual taste and no two people can agree on the way it is supposed to be made. Coffee stimulates our minds and wakes our senses so that we can alertly go about our every day routines in a normal fashion.

The filter has made the difference in coffee making 101. You are now able to blend your favorite mixtures to ensure taste and keep the grounds that spoil your experience out. The concept of brewing that one memorable pot of coffee, that makes you want to drink the whole pot by your self has been made possible by the filter.
