Work from home opportunities

As an individual that has been working from home for nearly a year now, I feel like I am extremely knowledgeable enough to tell you what work from home opportunities there are out there, the legitimate ones of course!

I started working from home due to a car accident that I was in. It was so difficult to get the hours or time off necessary, the amount of money that I needed to make wasn't coming in, and I just hated dealing with bosses that were being sympathetic, yet had to just do their job. Fortunately, for me, my father started doing work from home work through a company that is now Arise, and used to be Willow. He told me about it, and from there I did my own investigations, and started to do the work myself!

As I started researching about Arise, and I came across all of the fees, I thought to myself, "There has to be other companies out there like this that does the exact same thing without as many fees," and there was! I'm sure you just want to know about them, so here goes!

Arise
An excellent company to do work from home work from. However, I wouldn't suggest going through them unless you have the money now to do what they require, or just have the resources available, until you can save up the money to do it. The reason why they are the number one work from home customer service/ sales/ technical support company to work for is that they have a much wider selection of companies to work for, they do live training, and deal with you on a more personal basis, and their hiring process is very strict. Typically, you can make around $9- $20 per hour, depending on which client you choose, and how well you are doing.
Pros- you have a Statment of Work which guarantees you work for a certain period of time unless you mess up one too many time. You can create your own hours without fighting for the time. You have a staff that is there for you anytime you need them.
Cons- the fees to start off with, the fact that you pay for training.
For Arise, you have to have your own corporation (which can run from $50- $300 depending on which state you are in), a headset, specific computer specifications (Windows Vista is not compatible yet), a VOIP headset, a dedicated land line, and cable or DSL Internet. They are really a great company to get involved with as there are so many great companies to work for. Since they have a privacy statement, I cannot list any here, but I work for them, and I couldn't be more pleased.
