Norton 360 (2.0) is truly a gift from the Internet fairy.

The program is an all in one computer protection setup that monitors your security regularly. It optimizes your hard drive and gives you the best performance possible while assuring that you are not overcome by harmful files. One click fixes make Norton 360 (2.0) easy to use and reliable to those of us that may not by computer savvy.

It wasn't long ago that I was computer illiterate, surfing the Internet without a care in the world. Needless to say, I found my PC infested by viruses in a short amount of time. Overcome by the near panic that most Internet-employed writers must be when they discover a problem with their computers, I was lost for a solution. The first piece of advice that was given to me was to find a quick and easy virus scan and take care of my problems. This turned out to be a huge mistake. After spending large amounts of money on lesser known programs my computer was nearly at a standstill. With almost no computing power and pop-ups threatening my PC constantly I turned to a relied name and went to the Symantec website.

It took little searching through a detailed and visually helpful site to learn that what I needed was the newest version of Norton 360 (2.0), which employed Internet security, password checks and a constant watch on the files that came into and went out of my computer.

Immediately I took action, which was easy to do. The program is available from the Symantec website and is priced impressively low for all of the features Norton 360 (2.0) offered. If I hadn't been sold on the features this did it. Norton 360 (2.0) came at a fraction of other programs I had tried and promised to put itself to use on up to three computers in my home.

I downloaded the program right then and there and installed it (all the while closing pesky pop-ups) and simply waited to see if I would be as impressed as I hoped.

Norton 360 (2.0) went to work on my computer, deleting viruses and files that were connected to them. It even went so far as to backup files that were valuable in case there was a crash. This was done on a secure online site so my computer would not slow down to walking speed.

Great, I thought, problem fixed. Oh, no. Norton was not done.

The program comes with website verification, a tool that informs you when there are risks looming. They say that the cure is ninety percent prevention and are they right! I have not had any viruses get past Norton 360 (2.0) since I installed it
