#2 MICTY: Make It Clear To Yourself. Clarify the job positions that you are interest in and that based on your experience and your knowledge. The point is to find a job and not to become a director from the beginning of your career. A candidate must identify the positions that will offer him experience too. This is a key for a successful career.
#3 Be Informed: Get information about the current movement in the job market. Sources that can help you are the professionals jobbers, advertisements in newspapers, yellow pages, friends and the companies that you are interested in. Do not be afraid to learn about the companies that you are interested in. You can also use the internet to make your research. More and more companies asking staff via internet and candidates can use it to take an idea.
Also, give some more time to learn about the process that leads to the recruitment. Usually, companies ask candidates to pass a couple of tests. These tests could be a personality test or a test relative with the object of the job. Learn about these questions that candidates need to answer. Buy a relative book, ask the help of a specialist or search the internet. Tons of information are available.
#4 Send CV: Send your CV in all the companies that you are interest in, even if there is no demand from them for new recruitments. This mainly has to do with candidates with less or no working experience. In any case, the curriculum vitae should be stated precisely what position appeals to the candidate. Send 50 or 100 if you can and increase your possibilities.
