game continues.
Again, the next player repeats the process and offers up his or her cards to the left. This continues till someone finds the other queen in the deck, and that person is the winner.
(Ages 10 and up)
Uno
*Players- 2 to 10
Alright, with this game you may want to have a specialized Uno deck from the toy store. Start out by shuffling the deck, each player gets dealt seven cards, the remainder of the deck gets sat facing down. Take the top card off and sit it aside as it is the discard pile.
Now, each player has to look at the seven cards he or she is holding and see if it match's up with the card in the discard pile by number or color. If a player isn't able to match that they need to draw from the deck.
The objective is obviously to be the first to get rid of all your cards, if you do that your the winner.
Skip-Bo
*Players: 2 to 6
This game is actually a bit like Uno, or at least part of the same family of games. For this game you will need the special deck of cards set for this game, the deck consists of 162 cards. The game is pretty simple and easy, and should be fun for everyone in the family.
First off shuffle the deck, then give each player 20 cards, this is known as the "stockpile". Take the remainder of the deck and put it in between you and the other player, as you take turns each player will have to draw from this pile and stack the card sequentially in one of four piles.
The deck includes "Wild Cards" that you use in cases where you cant stack something. The first player to get rid of his or her stock pile wins.
Aside from these games, there are ton's of other games you can play to entertain the children, I recommend searching the net to search for easy to learn card games.
