It is true that Witchcraft has been around longer than Christianity due to the fact that its earth based. And it is true that it would be known under other names depending on where in the world or what cultures one is with. Some would even see ancient Egyptian faith as Witchcraft. They believed in many gods, they did rituals to appease them and to celebrate them. Ancient Greeks and Romans were the same. Even Germanic people worshiped many deities and they also could be seen as followers of Witchcraft. In the end, they were seen by Christians as "Satanists" or "Heretics" because they weren't into genocide and putting people on crosses.

Many "Wiccans" will tell you that Wicca or also known as Witchcraft is the strongest connections anyone will have with either the planet or some celestial being that exist in some fantasy heaven. This sounds all too familiar with some Christians who wear rose colored glasses on the world especially those who come door to door peddling their faith.

Many Wiccans should do the same as these Christians perhaps it will show their stupidity about life as well. Due to the fact that they aren't part of the majority of religious fanatics such as Christianity, they are just seen as minor outcasts who have gone astray. Well, heed these words: they can be even blinder than those fanatical Christians!

The problem with Wiccans these days is the fact that they deem themselves pacifists because Christians are obviously violent. This view means that they believe themselves to be better than Christians which makes them beneath the fanatical door to door salesman that Christians are.

Wiccans like Christians preach about magick (also known by Christians as prayer). Saying that ones will can be done, that your life can be shaped by what you want and how you want it to happen. What they do not tell you is that everything has consequences and they don't teach you to accept life and people as they are. Like Christians, many Wiccans try to make you "see" their view and to inform you about their belief systems. For shame if you don't have that white washed cleansed room that is simply for the grandiose altar that serves the purpose of them dancing around naked and celebrating whatever fantasy deity that they believe exists. Here's some advice: The local sanitarium is in the Yellow Pages. Best place to keep the general public safe from dangerous schizophrenics.

Not all Wiccans are this horrible, there are a few that are rather open minded and see things clearly. The reason why many Wiccans try to say that they're a unique "witch" because of this that and the other are the ones who are just rebelling against the general populace and feel that they are better than everyone else in the world. They may claim to be unworthy of praise but all they want is for their ego to be puffed up especially people who claim to be "High" Priest and Priestesses. These people are just high in general.

Even though discrimination happens quite commonly against Wiccans, which is even portrayed in fictional television shows or movies, they tend to bring it upon themselves when they believe that magick can only be done in ritual or that there's an actual divide in it! If "eclectic" witchcraft exists then they should take the ideas of eastern philosophy into their "faith" because then perhaps they'll stop using Silver Ravenwolf, Scott Cunningham, Raymond Buckland, and so forth's words as their bible.

And as for those who are Wiccans and get discriminated against purely because they were the pentagram, these are the real victims. The rest should rot like the 98% ignorant Christians of the world.
