As far as big games go, you have to go with Tom Brady. Not only has he had great success in the regular season but also in the post-season. While Peyton is a very good Quarterback and worth having on any fantasy team he however has a tendency to blow it in the big game. Peyton has won a Super Bowl, yes but that still doesn't exclude him on not winning big games when it counts. This past season saw Brady break the record albeit by one to make it 50 touchdowns for a single season and also consider the fact he hasn't really missed time at all.

If you are to compare post-season stats in the wins and losses column, then you clearly Brady has the advantage. Though those games may have been won as a team, it is how Brady performed that made the difference in the end. He has appeared in 4 Super Bowls and seems to have the upper hand in the match ups against Peyton when there has been a New England vs. Indianapolis rivalry that has been brewing lately. It has been the standard at this time in the AFC and to see who mainly represents the conference to go to the Super Bowl. Mostly aside form the year the Colts won the Super Bowl; the rivalry had been rather lopsided with New England getting it done in the post-season. The regular season however has been a bit more even.

The question is who really steps it up and wins the important games. Tom Brady has done just that. Peyton Manning has done it once but that's about it. New England is the team that has been more dominating then Indianapolis. That doesn't meant the Colts are bad or Manning isn't a good Quarterback, it just comes down who seems to be more prepared in the post-season.

As far as avoiding sacks, mostly they have a great offensive line that protects them but as far as rushing goes, that's not in the book. In fact, that level is really even and it's not a question of who can last longer without getting sacked. Passing wise would be close as well. Statistics wise without including wins would be pretty close to even. Winning big games however is where Tom Brady has the edge. While Peyton is good, Brady just seems to get the job done in the big games more so.
