There is very little 'Federal' about the Federal Reserve. It was created in late December of 1913 by a few very influential key players while most governors enjoyed their Christmas; unaware of the implications of the Federal Reserve Act.

If we delve deep into American history, will we notice just how ferociously the founding fathers of the United States of America - notably so in the case of Jefferson, Jackson and Lincoln - fought for independence from the Central Banking system. It was indeed Jefferson who said:

"I sincerely believe that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies, and that the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity, under the name of funding, is but swindling futurity on a large scale."

Indeed, the Federal Reserve is a quasi-public bank; it is under the control of a few private hands who control the influx of paper money (inflation) as well as the deflation thereof. This devalues the worth of money, and makes every man, woman and child poorer in the long run; families have to work harder for less.

Think about this: inflation causes everything we 'want' (and need) to be just out of reach of paying cash; thus we have to borrow money from the local bank at interest. This local bank borrows it's money from the central bank at interest. This interest skimmed, goes to the central bank owners' pockets. Furthermore, the US government needs to borrow money from the Fed to fight the war in the Middle East, running at billions of dollars. Of course, this is also at interest, and this interest paid to the Federal Reserve by the government; comes from your pocket as taxpayer. So in fact, you are paying the Central Bank on more than one occasion. While you slave away for your scraps of money, the central bank bathes in the interest it takes from you in stealth.

There is no need for a Central Bank. There is no need for paper money and no need for interest. It only feeds the Central Banking Monster.

Unfortunately, we have spun ourselves so tight into this web of ignorance and deceit, that we cannot easily break free from it. Our whole western civilization is built upon this abomination of an idea called interest; and of course our addiction to consumerism, fed by media giants, also profiting from your pocket.

Jefferson - like the other founding fathers of this once great country called the United States of America - knew this; the reason for fighting the central banking concept from the start. Jefferson said:

"The central bank is an institution of the most deadly hostility existing against the Principles and form of our Constitution. I am an Enemy to all banks discounting bills or notes for anything but Coin. If the American People allow private banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the People of all their Property until their Children will wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered."

Reflect on these words by one of America's greatest leaders; and then open your eyes to the strings attached to the puppet you call yourself...
