starting with ace's all the way to kings.
The game keeps track of how much time it took to win, as well as your score. Just like others Windows games there is a extensive help library on Solitaire to help you better play the game, beginners and advanced players alike should enjoy this game.
Internet Hearts
What better way to end things off then with a online card game included with Windows? I do recommend this for more advanced players, but the whole objective is to beat the other human player in Hearts. This can be very fun, you get the enjoyment of beating a human in a computer card game instead of a computer player.
Playing online can lead to hours of fun, theres thousands of players out there just waiting for you to beat them. Course Windows has other online card games, like spades for instance.
Pogo.com
I thought I should at least mention this site, it offers a pretty good selection of card games you can play either by yourself or with others online. Playing these games online are often times easier then installing them on your computer, saving you space on your hard drive. So for those who just want a quick game of cards I recommend going to this site.
Furthermore, I highly recommend that you stay away from those "100 Card Games" CD-ROM bundles, sure they have tons of different card games, but it takes up too much space on your hard drive. That is unless your a hardcore card gaming fan, then you might enjoy those games.
Whatever your tastes are, or if you just want to try out a card game for the first time, one of these listed above is sure to float your boat. If you dislike any of the above options, you could always just search Google.
