Best computer card games

If your reading this then I'm going to take a leap of faith and assume your on a computer, if your on a computer then chances are you know of and have played a computer card game. You see, the reason for this is largely due to the fact that when Microsoft's Windows operating system became popular, they included various features, including card games.

Maybe Bill Gates loves card games like Solitaire, which is included on Windows or perhaps he just knew it was a good business idea. Everyone loves card games, why not play them at home at the comfort of your personal computer by yourself, or verses the computer.

Traditional player's may prefer playing with a standard deck of cards, but there are advantages to playing on a computer as well. First of all the computer will never tell you that you've been cheating, and the computer keeps score for you all the same time. You'll also never have to wait for the computer to make a choice, as it is always very swift.

Perhaps you could call this the computer card game age, as every computer with Windows operating system installed often have card games pre-installed. Now think about how many people in the United States alone have computers at home, you don't have to be a genius to know thats a lot of people potentially playing card games at any given moment.

So you may be wondering at this point, what are the best computer card games? We'll it's open to ones opinion of course, but I'd rather stick to the card games pre-installed into Windows rather then buying those CD-ROM card games that have so many different games it'll make your chair spin.

FreeCell

This game is a classic, and perhaps one of the best computer card games. With the Windows version you can pull up statistics of games previously played with your new computer friend.
The statistic's will show you how many wins and loses you've had recently, just like a human friend the computer doesn't want you to forget how bad he's beaten you in a card game.

If you become troubled during game play over a move, the game can even help you out and give you advice on your next move, this is very helpful to beginners looking to train their card playing skills.

Take note that this game is single player unless you play the online version installed in newer Windows software.

Solitaire

Fan's of the real life solitaire card game should be jumping for joy at this computer game on Windows. Just like the game in real life the objective is to go through a deck of cards and rearrange them in order
