Firefighters: Brave and Strong

Sun is setting, upon the fire station house,
Things were all quiet, such as a little mouse.
Then all of a sudden, a blaring siren wails,
Men shuffle around, leaving their meals.
Mounting the bright red truck, with nerves of steel,
They come to your need, it's action they feel.

A cinder burns, turning into a working flame,
To them, this is not an easy game.
They hustle and bustle, laying out the hose,
Donning on tanks, as the water flows.
These fearless men fight, it doesn't take long,
They prove they are, the brave and strong.

The flames go down, the fire monster dies,
Every day, they save peoples lives.
They clean up and extinguish every hot cinder,
They take a break, but never surrender.
They always fix, what someone has done wrong,
They prove they are, the brave and strong.

Firefighters are the brave and strong,
Give thanks to one, when you are walking along.
For they give of themselves, to serve your need,
Dedicated souls, who show no greed.
They will save lives, and help you along,
They prove they are, the brave and strong.
