The manager is one of the most important people in a company. He is the one that manages all the money and as you know of course, the money is the life blood of a company.

You know too that the manager is the most well paid employee any every company. What can you do to improve such important task?

Start by remembering that the company main goal is to make money. No money, no business. Your job to to make the best use of the money you already have to make even more money. Keep in your mind all the time and I mean all the time that you are here to make money! Money above all! You have to show profits to the investors, otherwise they take their money and put it in some more profitable place.

Ok, with the money you already have what can you do?

1- High Risk Investment. Many investors are very experienced, some with more than 10 years of experience in such investments, and they are hungry for more money. Give them what they want and they will put your money in the best use possible returning profits your you and them.

2- Savings Account. This is not a very recommended one since the interest is usually very low, unless you are looking for absolutely security that is. Even in that case, I recommend the risk investment, just be more careful.

3- Use the money to get cheaper products and services by buying a higher number than what you need and reducing the price per unity.

4- Hire better employees. Employees are what make your company run. Try to be just one day without them and you will see where the company goes. Just imagine.

5- Last one, dont loose that money!

Being a manager is much more dificult than this but of course you need to experience it all for your self and you must keep informed and updated all the time because this world changes completely in less than a heart beat.

A good way to keep always updates all the time is by using Google Alerts. I bet you probably never used them before. They send you an email every time a particular keyword top 10 results change. For example if a new page comes to the top 10, you get a message! Absolutely useful!
