SORROW OF A WOMAN
In you I placed my destiny
Hopes, dreams, and my deepest fears,
In you I believed
I was your pillar, your rock, in awe
Of an undreamed of love
In an instant it was gone
Death of love in the dawn
Broken Hearted
The beast revealed, devouring the very essence of my soul
Time spent in the depths of hell with no control
Degraded in the rain, I turned my head and looked away,
A part of me is stripped away
Chastised and shamed, I turned my head and looked away,
A part of me is stripped away
Raped time and time again, I turned my head and looked away,
A part of me is stripped away
Tormented by the insane, I turned my head and looked away,
A part of me is stripped away
Broken Hearted
What was once beautiful is now ugly
What was once strong is now weak
What was once kind is now cruel
What was once pure is now dark
What was once love is now dead
Broken Hearted
Enter in fresh air
Fresh air and sunshine came pouring through the clouds one day,
As the barren earth scorched from the sun, absorbs life's sweet rain
I absorbed the kindness that entered my life, hunger remains
Manna sent, awakening my soul from its winters sleep
No longer shall I be held, defiled by the curse
Hell's angles mourn the victory of my release
My heart is mending

Does a broken heart ever really mend
Or do you patch it up for a short time?
Do you ever really regain your trust
Or just remain
You didn't love me then.
You'll never love me now.
Not even when I was there,
Today, another face in the crowd.
The one you could

I saw it coming.
The way they looked at each other.
Or more to the point,
the way she looked at him,
the way she never looked
