We love traveling,on short time or a long period of time.Every year we travel along the country and overseas.When we travel ,prior to departure we arrange several things in order to have the best communication with our children and grand children.
This is very important for us.We are enjoying traveling,being an important part of our life.In the same time we are aware that at our age,many surprises can occur during these trips.

The scope of these arrangements assure us that,doesn't matter what happened ,we are able to be in touch.

First,we make a copy of our TRAVEL SCHEDULE,which includes:
- Date ,time and location of departure.
- Airline name,phone number,flight and seat number.If has one or more stops or change of the airplane,will be detailed all informations.
- Date,time and location of arrival.
- Hotel name ,address,phone number and period of staying in the hotel.
- Date ,time and location of returning home.
- Date ,time and location of landing.

Second,we figure out together the appropriate time for short calls every day of our trip.This is important to be informed the both sides.

Third,we take with us,a minimum equipment for the trip.Among these we consider essential :
- Cell phone,and an appropriate service.This means:reliable and not expensive.If you use the Hotel phone,you have to know that the charges are very high.Sometimes 1 minute is charged $ 10-15.I found this surprise when we returned from London and Paris,on our credit card statement.Now we use a card which charge 2-10 cents a minute,depends on the country destination.
- Two photo camera.One classic film and the other digital camera.For both we take a good reserve of films and memory cards.In the United States the prices are better than overseas.
- In the last 5 years, we used the audio-visual recording,which gave us the opportunity to share our experience and impressions about the trip.After every trip,we have gatherings in the family and friends,sharing our impressions.

Fourth,in each trip we buy albums,post cards.Also we collect the city's guide and other written materials related to this trip.From time to time during the trip we mail post cards from the visited regions or the important places.We are enjoying to buy gifts specific the visited country or region.

An organized trip,including the types of communication,easy access and appropriate time,creates a feeling of assurance that you can benefit by the help,any time when you need.
