Lifestyle changes that help eliminate stress

Stay away from things that stress you out I know that this is hard to do and in some cases impossible.
If your job stress you out then find another job there is no since in torturing ones self.
If the job makes you sick then quit and find another job. Don't ignore what your body is telling you just because it is a good paying job no amount of money is worth your health.

But in a lot of cases the job doesn't pay that great but you remain there year after year because of the benefits or simply because you have nowhere else to go and you are in debt up to your eyeballs.
While if this is the case then there are steps you can take to cut down on the stress....
*you can cut your hours this does help the only thing is that it is hard to live on a reduced paycheck unless you have money put aside or come from a household that gets to pay checks I would not highly recommend this choice but if it can't be helped it can't be helped.
* During your lunch hour leave the building and go for walk it will help you clear your head.
Believe me it helps to get away from what is stressing you out.
* Having a stress ball or one of those little punching bags at ones desk is a good way to work out the stress of a really stressful job.
* Take sometime off (me days) it gives you a chance to regroup.
That is about all I got unless you are like me just drug yourself up with pain meds and lots and lots of coffee just to make it through the eight hellish hours of your life.
It works for me and then I get home and I write and write and write until I am able to go to sleep and then it begins all over again.
That is the other thing you can do when you get home to help you relax do something that you enjoy so you can forget about how horrible your day was and how many people you feel like bitch slapping just because of their ignorance, their stupidity or I can't even come up with the or thats how stressed out they make me.....
If it is roommate trouble the only thing you can do is move unless you own the place then you can kick them out.
Easier said then done because if you had the money you wouldn't need the room mate.
Isn't it funny that it all comes down to money.
If I had the money I wouldn't have to work at the job that stress me out so badly that I'm losing my hair, getting itchy rashes all over my body, headaches, a very bad eye twitch and the fact that I never want to get out of bed along with a whole bunch of other symptoms.
Going for walks help a little.
Pain meds not so much because I am constantly taking them just to get through my so called life.
I go through a lot of stress balls
and I am not allowed to have a punching bag at work.
I have one of those little message things that I use constantly.
I do a lot of writing during my working hours just to remain sane.
I go to a therapist but nothing helps and I can't quit my job or I can't until I find a new one and I haven't been having a lot of luck in that department.
And it is hard to change ones life style to eliminate stress because no matter what you do there is always going to be stress.
