Rushing home from work,
Now and then theirs a quirk.
The door won't open,
The neighbors will grin.
Neighbors dog will dig,
Not small hole, but big.
Hole in the window,
Boy hit high not low.
Main water line break,
Always leaves to rake.
Ain't it grand to be home,
Messages on the phone.
A family's home is a palace,
Where all the friends can meet face to face.
Welcoming family and all the friends,
Love, joy, peace, encouragement it sends.
