In todays society its hard to get away with crimes like just going into a gas station and stealing a candy bar.So much technology and attention is put towards surveillance in big companies, small businesses, and even homes. People now a days are so obsessed with keeping them selves safe, but what about their elderly loved ones.Yes older people in nursing homes need attention too.nurses are basically fully mothers and fathers into nursing homes because they think it will help them or so tin charge of the people in the nursing homes, and what if they aren't doing their job accordingly, then what?Nurses can neglect or abuse most of the older people and they most likely won't get into trouble because of threats of just plain memory loss on the older persons half.People put their hat they can be taken care of.Little do they know in some nursing homes nurses neglect the elderly when they need medication or when they are in pain.American need to take step froward to prevent this.When an older person is neglected they can go through depression or if in need they could die.An even more sick and twisted people actually sexually abuse the elderly, and that is just sad.Elderly people in nursing homes are usually helpless, so they could not push someone off of them if something like that were to happen.When nurses commit crimes like these they won't step up and tell you that they did it if someone is suspicious of abuse.Little thins matter too.Even the smallest fall of someone could result in a broken bone or even death.In fact about one-thousand eight-hundred people living in nursing homes die each year.Some of the causes of falling are faults of the nurses like wet floors, poor lighting or giving someone too much medication.If a patient is suspected of telling a loved one or a friend, then a nurse might threaten to kill them or sexually abuse them.The last thing most people want to remember is how well they were taken care of and how good they had it in life.Some nurses make that impossible.For all anyone knows the last thing the elders at the nursing home remember is sexually abuse, neglect, threats and the list just goes on and on.
