If you like to cook or eat rice, maybe you have to think the choice to buy a rice cooker for you. If you say that you can cook rice without using a rice cooker, of course I would say that it's true. But it would be easier for you to cook it with rice cooker.

Believe me,it happen with me too. Before, I was thinking that I don't really need to buy rice cooker even I know that I often cook rice even almost every day. I thought only using a pan, I can cook rice, so I can save the money on buying a rice cooker. But I was wrong. It was more difficult to cook rice without a rice cooker, since I had to stir it all the time,to avoid the sticky rice in my pan. But after I bought a rice cooker, I don't have to go to the kitchen all he time when I cook my rice. Just put the rice inside the rice cooker, give water, and push the start button, and wait for few minutes for your rice cooked.

What you need to know before buying a rice cooker?

What you need to know before you buy or choose a rice cooker, you need to know first about how much rice that you like to cook every time you want to cook. So you can choose the size of the rice cooker itself. If you have big family, of course you will need to buy the bug rice cooker. But if it's only you or only small parties that will eat the rice, the small rice cooker will be enough.
Normally when the rice cooked, it will turn off by itself, but will still keep the rice warm as long as you still close it.

If you want you can choose rice cooker with additional functions such as for warming vegetables or meat that you already cooked, to make or cook cereal, or even to make or cook soup.

Even some models you can use it to boil water, cook spaghetti, macaroni, noodles, and many things.

So, before you buy rice cooker, you have to make sure which kind of rice cooker that you really need or you often use. The bigger the rice cooker,it will take more electricity too. And try to ask the seller or maybe try to look the instruction book if you can before you buy, since you often can find more information about the function of the rice cooker there.
