How to make fried rice

As we know that fried rice is a very know Asian dishes. Every time we go to Asian restaurant and look at their food's menu, we will always find so many variety of fried rice.
But don't get wrong understanding, even the name is all the same fried rice, they all have different recipes every places in Asia.

For example Thai recipes for fried rice will be different than Chinese recipes because mostly Thai fried rice will be more spicy, meanwhile the Chinese is not spicy at all.

Even though the ingredients to make fried rice from countries in Asia will be different, basically the have almost same step about how to cook fried rice.

Here is one of my favorite fried rice's recipes which became the favorite fried rice in my family. I used to call it Seafood Fried Rice since I often use shrimp for the ingredients.

This recipes is for one portion or one plate. Here is what you need to prepare.

Ingredients:

1 plate of white rice, cooked.
10 pieces of small shrimp, can be more if you like.
1 egg yolk
1 chop of garlic
onions, cut in small pieces
margarine or oil to fry
1 tablespoon of sweet soy ketchup
1 teaspoon of tomato ketchup
salt
pepper

How to cook :
Step 1 : Warm margarine or oil in the frying pan.
Step 2 : Fry garlic,onion, and shrimp. Do not let it burn or become black.
Step 3 : add the egg yolk, mix it well.
Step 4 : Add the white, meanwhile continue frying and stir it.
Step 5 : Add sweet soy ketchup, tomato ketchup, continue to stir.
Step 6 : Add salt and pepper.

Please do not use the fire to high, just in the medium one so you will not burn the fried rice.

You can add vegetables like carrots if you want. Just cut it into small pieces, and fry it before you fry the rice. So your fried rice become more healthy.
After all the ingredient mixed well, your fried rice is ready. Put it in a plate, and you can add fried onion which you can find the ready to use one. Mostly they sell it in the Asian food's store.

This recipe you can use it as a quick meal recipes. When you don't really have much time to cook, buy you still want to have great meal, you can always use this recipe.
