It Pays To Learn now looks like a scam site. It was taken over by new owners at the end of 2006 and they have completely changed the site. They did away with existing member's login and ID numbers so at present I can't even log in to check my account. It says that if you enter your email address, they will send you your new login ID but when I tried it, at first it said they were unable to find my email address in their database, so it told me to enter it again and click on an offer and they would record it and then send my login details. I tried it 5 times and it didn't work.

They have not paid what they owe me on my account. They appear to have quizzes but you don't log in to access them so I don't believe you get any credit or anything for doing them. They still have signup offers but at this point I really doubt that they will pay out since they are making changes to the site and not telling the existing members anything at all and they are denying members access to their accounts.

This site used to be a good way to pick up a little extra cash but it doesn't look that way anymore.
