There is no one else in this entire universe that I would gladly follow, into as yet undiscovered frontiers, than William Shatner alias Capt. James T. Kirk.

Experience is the key factor in this issue. Together with the use of modern high-fidelity high-technology and high hopes I can see William Shatner lead the crew of the enterprise far beyond the final frontier. There is nano technology, micro technology and any other ology you can think of at his fingertips, to make any journey possible for this veteran. Science can make it possible for Capt. Kirk to remain at the helm of the Enterprise for all time past, present and future.

Reincarnation can bring Capt. Kirk back to life if he died on previous adventures. Don't forget what star trek stood for, "Going where no man has gone before" pushing the boundaries not staying earthbound and shackled by lack of insight.

To faithfully be lead into worlds unknown with a trusted friend like Capt.Kirk. With his wealth of knowledge and experience. He knows no bounds and he hasn't been sitting at home in front of the television. Hes been keeping on top of things with the internet and watching the advances in this new technological world. Hes been invited to scientific functions kept informed about the newest of gadgets, universal events, planetary movements and emerging alien lifeforms. No way would he go on a mission without being fully prepared and ready to tackle any unknown forces that should come his way. As the original soldier of the universe that he is!

To all you doubters out there, shame, shame, shame on you! You forget he was the most bravest to initially lead his crew through unknown waters, experienced the first step, showed bravery in the face of adversity. He drew the first map of life out there in the boundless universe and fought the first unknown alien enemy. These qualities don't just die because some one else comes along, they get sharper and weave themselves into the other qualities he has gathered on lifes long journey. And don't forget space has a different time frame.

Like the discoverers of the new world you cannot take that away from him.
