I have thoughts on this particular subject that I am sure will tickle the ears of some and raise the brows of others but that's alright. I am accustomed to results that happens on each side of the aisles.
When I think of the word, effective, I always think of that which is done for a specific purpose (whether good or bad) and produces the expected results in the spiritual, material, physical and mental realms. When this is applied to leadership tips with Biblical roots it seems to imply that the results would be on the positive rather than negative levels.
That, I am sad to say is not always the case. Effective leadership tips with Biblical roots are not taken into the human minds with the same understanding. Leadership, the quality notable in leaders, does not always apply to those leaders who are pursuing that which is good. Clearly the leadership tips he gave with biblical roots had grave effects upon the hearers of the sermon given in December 2007 and is now used in an effort to derail the candidacy of Senator Obama as well as that of Senator Hillary Clinton. The effective rhetoric of many religious Orators and some pastors, Seminary professors(not all) and some teachers can be measured by the cultural beliefs that seem to prevail in the communities where they reside. Their leadership thrives upon their ability to link whatever thoughts they harbor(whether right or wrong) sprinkled with Bible verses and proverbs taken out of context. Most politicians who have entered into scandalous relationships
