Wow Forest Gump!This movie was released in 1994 and stared Tom Hanks.Toms whole role in this movie is to play the part of a slightly autistic person.He has a very hard time growing up and is picked on a lot as you could imagine.I must say this film is hilarious and a little sad all at the same time.

As a young boy Forest gets help from a little girl named ginny.He all so has braces on his legs to help him walk.He gets chased by boys and ginny tries to help him.Forest soon falls in love with her.As they start to get older ginny runs of because her dad is abusive.

With forest getting older his adventures are just starting to begin.Forest is sent to the Vietnam war and meats his new best friend Bubba.Bubba is a little slow as well and turns out to be like a brother to Forest.This is a match to remember.Bubba comes from a shrimp boat back ground and him and Forest decide to start there own company when they return home.They all so meet a man named Dan.Dan is a strong man and wants nothing more than to die in the war like his many family members had done in several other wars.In the final epic battle Bubba dies.Dan gets his legs blown off and Forest gets shot in the butt ox.Needless to say Dan is mad he did not die.

After the war Forest opens the bubba gump shrimp company.There are all so about a hundred other things Forest does in this movie however you will have to watch to find out.This is by far the best movie of its time and is family friendly.This film is an Academy Award winner for best picture and Tom Hanks puts on a spectacular performance.I give a ten of ten and if you have never watched this whole movie i suggest you do as soon as possible.One great movie with a lot of laughter.I never thought that a movie about a slow person would be funny but it is.I would recommend this movie to people of all ages.This is an adventure unlike any other that i have seen in my entire life.I think i have seen this movie twice in the theater and about twelve times since.It is one of those classics that will never go away and i hope it never does.I would like to inspire more people to write such stories and get back to movies that really are funny and not movies that are just picking on people and putting them down.
