Daddy Dear
Oh the sadd sadd little girl,
with those lovely golden curls,
watching, waiting, and scared,
for her father no more shall share,
those lovely hugs and kisses dear,
for off to heaven he has flown,
no more on earth is he to roam,
Waiting waiting for to see,
if they all lied to her you see,
not knowing what death is indeed,
hoping against hope that daddy's near,
to hold her hand in life so dear,
soft the tear drops fall,
for daddy's in the ugly box after all.
