Ten deadly beauty sins

have emptied the bottle. Soap is a strange entity, it has a tendency to build up over time, and the only remedy is a different brand. If for some reason your shampoo causes the development of bumps, discontinue use immediately, it may be a sign of an allergic reaction.

Woman over the age of 30 tend to be sentimental about long hair. Those long gorgeous locks of yesteryear may not look so flattering any more and could in fact age you dramatically. It may be time to look at a more trimmed solution. I recommend a semi long layered do, preferably shoulder length. Do not get anything that needs a lot of daily fussing unless you are prepared to spend extra prep time on styling.

9. Cleavage freedom

I am sorry ladies but I disagree with the statement of; if you have them flaunt them.
Breasts should never hang out no matter how perky they are built. The eye should not be drawn to them and only them. Invest in a good bra. It is said that the average woman doesn't wear the proper size. I know this may sound weird but if you have size issues ask someone, preferably an employee in a boutique that actually sale bras. Believe it or not, you may stumble on ads in your local news paper advertising bra fitting clinics. I recommend you take advantage of these offers. There is nothing worse than the sag effect. Some people do find bras uncomfortable; in this case you may have to shop around. I personally don't favor bras with wires or lace as these materials can be constricting or just plain irritating. Another reason why some woman go without is due to clothing styles, ladies, ever heard of the strapless bra? The rule of thumb is; if your tits jiggle, wear a bra. There is nothing more distasteful than a woman's "fun bags" (Houseism) swaying in the wind.

10. Uncared for teeth

Not all of us are born with perfect pearly whites, but your teeth are always on display so it is important to keep them looking their best. Be sure to floss and brush at least twice daily. Preferably when you rise and before you retire for the night. This will help preserve them; after all we only get one set of choppers. Some people really dig those whitening strips. However, if they are used improperly you can receive a chemical burn. Also, over use can destroy the enamel, so it is important to follow the directions on the box. Another way to get a brighter shine is to use whitening tooth paste. This stuff is less concentrated so it is less harmful. You may not get immediate results, but over time your teeth will achieve a whiter glow. Again it might not be a bad idea to change up your tooth paste after the tube is used up to avoid possible enamel erosion
