Ten deadly beauty sins

wants a clear face however it is not always possible, especially if you are like myself, blessed with highly sensitive skin. You could pay a fortune for creams and solutions that may or may not work or you can try some simple methods. First and foremost NEVER ever use hand soap shampoo or even rubbing alcohol on your face. These products are very drying and can cause further breakouts. The experts recommend a regiment of lukewarm water followed by a splash of cold water and a soft pat of the towel. Another method to beautiful clear skin is using one of those face misters to clean out clogged pores. Believe me you will have fewer bumps in no time; the only thing is that it is important to follow this exercise with a splash of cold water to close your pores up.

Adult acne can also be caused by allergies. Most people who have reoccurring acne never actually consider this, something as simple as perfume sensitivity or a food allergies can bring on numerous outbreaks. If the acne is a big concern it would not be a bad idea to consult a dermatologist. Remember it is important to keep your face moisturized daily. You can accomplish it by using a light moisturizing lotion with a sun blocker of at least 15 SPF protections.

5. Bad lip condition

If your lips are cracked and dry I recommend a lip balm. There are good ones and there are really terrible lip balms. Chap Stick or Carmex are pretty comparable, but work like a charm. Neither are what you would call highly fashionable as they don't have glister or coloring, but man they do the job and when your lips hurt that is all that matters. In the winter months your lips may get dehydrated easier. Lipsticks (especially continuous wear) and lip gloss can be damaging to your lips so it may not be a bad idea to lay off these items when your lips have reached that chapped stage. I'm not exactly a fan of ex-foliating dry lips, because of increase risk of infection and the old hurt factor; your lips are very sensitive. What can really help is a humidifier. We have one that works constantly during dry spells. It is also prudent to drink plenty of fluids.

6. The wrong fit

Clothes that don't fit: there is a fine line between what is fashionable and just plain tacky. For one clothes that are ill fitting do not make a positive statement. Wearing garments that are too over sized add extra pounds and make a person look frumpy. Clothes that are just too tight can leave little to the imagination especially those unflattering fat rolls.
