As we are all painfully aware, David and Victoria Beckham are not your average couple. For starters they are absolutely loaded. As far as I can see their money seems to stop people from admitting the truth about this sham of a marriage. I mean has everyone forgotten about the whole Rebecca Loos incident. However handsome and talented David Beckham may be, he cheated on his wife and shame on Victoria for condoning this horrendous behavior. Of course at the time of the alleged incident there was lots of "did he or didn't he" going on but now, as time has passed it seems the tabloids are now able to refer to Rebecca Loos as David's "ex" and Victoria has nothing to say on the matter. We watched David and Victoria fall in love and we were all taken in by the romance when all the while we were being duped. Victoria's main ambition in life was to become a footballers wife and once she had achieved her dream nothing, not even a randy senorita was going to take that away from her. As a mother myself, I am ashamed to think that my daughter may one day look up to Victoria Beckham and in turn believe that money can fix all problems, even large relationship problems. As a woman I watch Victoria Beckham and cringe. If my partner was to cheat, I would be physically sick. Our partners are the people in our lives who understand us more than anyone else. The one person we can turn to in a crisis. We trust them with all of our soul and, ultimately our lives. Marriage is sacred and family values are top priority so for someone to abuse this trust and put their family life in jeopardy is inexcusable. I think Victoria Beckham needs to take a long hard look at her life and she and her husband need to think about how their relationships and their attitudes shall affect their children in later life when the sordid news is reported yet again. As for assessing their marriage, I feel that it is all fake. Their lives revolve around being photographed, shopping and being photographed some more. Marriage is about honesty, loyalty and trust. Surely now all this is gone?
