An expression, a thought;
a way to relate.
Conversation, or musing,
something to state.
A sharing of feelings
a picture we paint;
words that portray,
thoughts that take shape.
A piece of our soul
that we willingly share;
a gift of ourselves
to show that we care.
By stroke of the pen
or expressions we type;
we give from within,
and that's why we write.
