SEASONS
I am so beguiled
In early winter with snow
Fluffy white in meringue piles
Flung high by yellow plows.
I am so entranced
By spring blooms so bright
Hints of love, peeks of romance
Doves of white, taking flight.
Summer's heat, sultry dusk,
Sunsets into the southern sky
Fireflies alight eves in August
Bound for a dewy humid nigh.
Autumn, ah, sensual fall,
Sights, touch, sounds and scent
Geese in vees', coyotes' call,
End of summer; winter bound.

As nature wakes I quietly watch
A special time I take
Wake up early don't want to be late I love to watch

Joining with a river that's gently passing by.

take my soul from me
ye vast thrashing creature
spoil it
dash it upon thy rocks
suck the breath from this battered
