"Should" a woman have the right to an abortion? There is no question as to whether or not a woman has a right to abortion - a woman's right to an abortion is inherent in womanhood, since women are the only ones who (a) can put another human life on the earth; and/or (b) take all the responsibility for the fetus's development - spiritual to physical - or can.
Moreover, "rights" are inherent; they can not be 'given' to or 'given' away, let alone 'taken'; both logic and the U.S. Supreme Court say so - therefore, there is no "should" about the matter. Women automatically, inherently HAVE the right to an abortion.
There are those who believe that no woman ever 'really' wants an abortion. What hubris they exhibit; to claim they know what 'all' women believe, think, or want. Such blanket statements about what "all" men or "all" women think, believe, want, or do are insulting in the extreme. Their arrogance is overweening, to say the least. There are women who definitely want an abortion, and for whatever reason they want one, it is no one's business but theirs.
Woman's is the life on the line in order to produce another human life. Woman's is the guilt if the baby is born with some defect, whether she could have done anything to prevent it or not; and more often than not, she couldn't. Woman's is the life that is already productive, and which, more often than not, already has other children to provide for and to guide to productive (we hope) adulthood. Her productive adulthood and her existing children are far more important than something that is not yet born. Of this there is no question based on facts that can be made.
To attempt to interfere with a woman's inherent Right to an abortion is to try to tell her that she is simultaneously wise and intelligent enough to raise one or more children to productive adulthood, teach, run businesses, run a country, fight wars, be an astronaut, and do all of the myriad other things women are as inherently qualified to do as men are - but if she becomes pregnant, all of her worth supposedly disappears, and she is fit only to be a breeding animal. What unmitigated GARBAGE! What monstrous lies.
Given that women's Right to abortion is inherent in womanhood by virtue of women's unique ability to put another human life on the earth coupled absolutely and unbreakably with anyone's ability to give her so much as one instant of vacaton from being pregnant; there is no way that any logic or law can be made to disenfranchise women from

The main issue is whether or not abortion is murder. When does human life begin and at what point is it considered killing?
