likely means no children are likely. If you do not already have children, your parents or other older family members may frown on the relationship for this reason alone. Further still, she may have children approaching an age you would consider more your younger siblings than children you would consider taking responsibility for. The other side of this issue is that your older woman may be nearly as old as your mother, thus making their dialogue interesting and uncomfortable, all at once.

Perhaps the single most important thing for you to remember is alleviating an unfortunate reminder of your age difference from occurring before it has a chance to hurt her feelings. Whenever the opportunity arises, introduce your woman as the equal and important person in your life that she is. Under no circumstances should you ever allow a third party to make assumptions about your relationship and mistake your older woman for your mother or older sister. The devastating effects this can have on her already fragile confidence in the appearance of your relationship to others cannot be stressed enough.

All else considered, the primary facts to remember are your best lines, your best excuses, and your best rehearsed acts will not fly with this woman. She has seen it all before and has little patience to see it again. If you are the man she believes you are by gracing you with her attention then you will simply be yourself. Treat her with the respect she has already earned. Be flexible in what you believe are rock solid opinions, yet do not become her student. That is not what she is looking for. Stand your ground, but be prepared for a battle the likes of which you have never encountered. Forget what you know or have come to expect in the bedroom and ready yourself for the best sex you have ever had.

She will lift you up, help you see your potential, and make you feel like more a man than you have ever had the opportunity to experience in a world of narrow expectations. At the same time, you are witness to a woman in the grandeur of what all women can and will become. You are not dating the caterpillar. The butterfly is fully grown and able to take care of herself. You only need to stand back, appreciate her beauty, and steel yourself for the life of adventure so few people ever achieve in an age of temporary relationships between people who never stick around for the best parts of life.
