A financial planner can help your current financial circumstances and lead you in the right direction for maximum income use. People in need of financial planners may be trying to invest in the best funds for their future, or they may also be people who require a little help with their current finances.

Before you set out to request the help of a financial planner, always ensure they are from a reputable place of business and have necessary credentials to ensure you're getting the best help and advise you need.

Below are the questions you will need to ask your financial planner, to ensure they can help you maximize your money to the best of its ability.

BEFORE YOU SEEK HELP FROM A FINANCIAL PLANNER

Before you enlist the help of financial planner, you will need to gather information that will allow them to help you better.

Have all your pay slips available for perusal. Gather information on your weekly or monthly bills, car repayments, rent or mortgage repayments and any debt you may owe.

You will need to gather all statements and even a possible budget you have created for yourself and your family already. You will need to include all recreational things you may participate in, such as going to the movies or any subscriptions you may have for clubs and magazines.

You will also need to be honest and include how much you may spend on alcohol or cigarettes.

They should also be able to determine where you are losing a lot of your money or areas where you can cut costs considerably. Some will have great tips and hints on where to locate cheap items, or where you could gain extra items at cheaper costs.

2) How can I make my money work better for me?
