US elections 2008: Change for the sake of change is not always good

Change in our nation's capitol can be good for us all if there is one person out there who via a strong willed, wily, crafty, experienced infighter who will not wilt in the face of threats and character assassination attempts.

This has been tried before and the reasons why it has not worked is because we the people have not stood side by side and demanded these much needed upheavals of change.

Obama has a group of young, intelligent, well educated volunteers who have gotten a-hold of a large number of young and eager voters of all races and one question will need to be answered.

What if Obama wins or loses?

If he wins and goes about the business of change for the better interest of our citizens then we need to get behind him and demand that these changes be implemented.

Oftentimes a candidate may have an agenda to change the world of political realm as we know it but he or she needs to have the will of the people behind them to make said changes.

The entire social fabric of our country may indeed need changing because in a few short years we may be broke economically as a nation and without the proper leadership to inspire or lead us out of this wilderness.

What if Obama loses?

He will have failed only himself because even though he seeks to change America, we the people may not be willing to step forward and help this man accomplish his mission of change.

Senator Clinton is hitting Obama so hard in there fight for the Democratic nomination that she may all by herself knock him and his call for change right out of the arena.
Obama must first prove he can stand-up to the Clinton machine and survive before millions and millions of people will be willing to make sacrifices that are needed to change the landscape and fabric of America as we now see it.

The blows that she is delivering to him are nothing compared to what a fractured Congress and Senate will do to him, not to mention some third world leader or murderous dictator.

If there are to be changes here in America, no one man or woman will be able to accomplish this deed.

This is a deed or task for we the people to seek to accomplish, because numbers do not lie.
If all of us are upset and want change there is no government entity that can tell us to stop or no one person that can dictate to us here in America.

We are the only true agents of change, but we must rise up every now and then and demand such change and not wait for a Barack Obama or a Martin Luther King or an insider like Hillary Clinton.
