Where were you when Michael Jordan went for 62 in the playoffs against the Boston Celtics and Larry Bird? How were you told the legend of Wilt Chamberlain's 100 point game? Could anyone have had stopped Kobe Bryant the night he got 82 points? These were a few examples of all-time moments in shooting and my list of all-time best NBA scorers. This is my magnificent seven of all-time scorers.

(Michael Jordan) If you needed a shot to drop in the final minutes of a game I would go no further than #23 while he played in Chicago for his six-title runs. He is the all-time leading scorer other than a center or forward. MJ attained MVP awards both in the finals and regular season plus countless scoring titles. When he played at his top form no one could stop him or his tongue but himself. Even as a Wizard later in his career he was still a good shooter but by then his prime had past him a little. Many Bull fans thought those Bulls teams were very good but not as great without Jordan. Air Jordan days were good days for Chicago fans because you felt unbeatable any time Michael led a team on the court. The year the team one 72 games which still is a record will be a part of Jordan's legacy for a long time.

(Kobe Bryant) When Kobe Bryant scored 82 points I knew that this guy was an all-time great scorer. Bryant was what athletes and players call "in the zone" and he just could not miss anything that night. He has been part of three NBA titles and still has a lot left in the tank for more. He has won a scoring title has not won an MVP yet but this year could be his first. I love Bryants ability to shoot and reminds me of Jordan in his best days. It has been hard seeing Kobe struggle the last few years with bad teams but know could be a good year for Kobe Bryant. He will probably retire with every scoring record attained because he still has years left in his tank. There are really no weaknesses when it comes to Bryant's offensive skills, he shoots well and improved his outside shot and can still drive the ball being creative around the basket.

(Wilt Chamberlain) Wilt the stilt will always be remembered for that one night Chamberlain scored 100 points. His point average per game was so high that they probably did not keep track before he played. Chamberlain still holds the record for most points in back to back games and this did not happen the time he scored a hundred. Wilt averaged twenty to thirty rebounds a night making it impossible for any kind of block out. This guy played
