Hernandez is a Hispanic American r&b soul singer from Arizona that proves to be one of the most flexible contestants to grace the American Idol stage. With soft, yet powerful and soulful voice and great stage presence, he truly shows that he is in it to win it. I personally think David Hernandez is amazing and like the other favorites, I am looking forward to his future performances.

7 - Brooke White has a sparkle and one of the most beautiful smiles to grace the American Idol stage. What I love most about her is her love for music. When one is passionate about music, it shows in just about every performance. She's not only a rarity that is original on quite a few wavelengths, but she connects with every song she sings, making you believe what she is singing. I think she's one of the truer artists of this competition and to be quite honest, would love to see her do well.

8 - Jason Castro is a progressive folk rock singer from Rockwall, TX. At only 20 years old, Jason has proved that being original does get you far in this competition. With the essence of Thom Yorke, Jason Castro is definitely making many waves with his style. Simon says he is the most improved contestant. What do you think? I think his performance of Hallelujah is one of my most favorite performances to date and I am truly looking forward to what he will do next.

9 - Ramiele Malubay is what this competition is all about. She is not only one of the most beautiful girls in the competition, she is definitely one of the strongest singers in the competition. My favorite performance by Ramiele is definitely "You Don't Have To Say You Love Me" by Dusty Springfield. I believe Ramiele is here to stay, at least for a few more weeks and I am looking forward to her future performances. Kamusta Ka Na!

10 - Michael Johns is a 29 year rock soul singer from Georgia. Although his voice isn't the best, it is very decent and it's the type of voice that goes great with the music he sings. Covering artists such as The Doors, I like Michael Johns because he not only can adapt to any song he takes on, but he knows who he is an artist. That is what is most important.

11 - Kristy Lee Cook has been known to be forgettable, but who could forget her stage presence and simplicity to deliver a song, without changing the arrangement. Covering artists such as Journey and Aretha Franklin, Kristy proves why she is in the competition. I, personally, find her to be generically good, but in reality, think she has yet to sing a song
